Butt Lift with 3lb Weights! (13 minute video)

It’s the new year, and if you’re like me, you ate a little too much caramel popcorn and went back for seconds on that apple crumble pie.

That’s ok! It’s time to get your butt in gear though before too much time passes by.

With all the buzz and excitement of the new year, I believe January is the best time to get in the best shape of your life and set the tone for the rest of the year. 

This 13 min Butt Lift video for your #TakeActionTuesday will be challenging on your glutes and get deep into the fat burning zone. 

Squeeze these videos into your day, or after you get home from work. It’s going to be a tough, but stick with it and I know you can do it. It’s going to burn so good!!!! oh yeaaa, Happy New Year to you!!!
