How To: Stretch Your Feet & Relieve Foot Pain At Work

Did you know back pain and tight hamstrings may come from tight feet??

Give your feet a break and treat your body right. Relieve foot pain with lacrosse balls while you’re at work to loosen the entire backside of the leg chain, prevent injuries that happen from tightness in the feet, and relieve foot pain. Relieving foot pain also helps to prevent injuries that is caused from having a constricted body. 

This is my secret weapon that I’ve been doing for many years to help keep my body loose and limber. 

I love this because you can do this at work everyday!

Directions: Do this everyday, about 2-4 minutes each foot and you’ll notice a huge difference in your entire leg and back right away.
