When I stopped dancing professionally, I struggled to find a workout I liked. I tried going to the gym, but I felt out of place and intimidated by the masculinity. Gym workouts made me feel strong, but not beautiful or sexy like dancing.
So I started creating my own workouts that combined the strength-building aspects of functional fitness, with the grace of ballet.
