3 Moves to Flat, Tight, and Toned ABS

My 3 moves will slim your abs by toning your obliques and tightening your tummy – and make it really strong! I do these moves all the time, and they help flatten by stomach and strengthen it.

Do 20 reps of each move, 3 times through for the ultimate ab workout.

  1. Seated Twists: Start seated, lean back to about a 45 degree angle, and lengthen through the spine. ACTION: Tap the elbows down to the floor with each twist.
  2. Lying down Oblique Twists: Start lying down with hands behind your head, elbows wide. ACTION: Twist the tors, and tap elbows to the knee as you twist the obliques, keeping shoulders off the floor. 
  3. Tapping Twists and Knee: Now tap the opposite elbow and knee, and then extend the leg straight, keeping the shoulders off the floor. Do 20 on each side for this exercise.

Challenge your friends to it! And see if you can finish without stopping.
