Yoga Meditation for Inner Peace

Use the powerful tools of yoga meditation to find inner peace and self-sufficient support and balance from within. We will practice the yoga corpse pose, also known as Savasana, which takes letting go.

This follow-along video is simply 7 minutes of Savasana, and good for when you are feeling anxiety, overwhelm, and are seeking more groundedness and stability in your life. This practice is for your mind, your thoughts, and your spirit.
