Join me in this yoga splits journey…

Surrender to gravity, and surrender to your breath as we explore the depths of your flexibility, and open our muscles for Hanumanasana (aka the splits). Let go of your expectations, and let go of thoughts. Trust there where you are today is where you’re meant to be. I will guide you through this relaxing flow of stretches that will get you deeper and closer to doing the splits, and your job is to let go. 🙂 This class is from Splits30, my online yoga splits training program.
