Today I wanted to be lazy.
I didn’t want to take action.
I didn’t want to workout.
Washing my face even sounded like a chore.
Have you ever felt like that?
I had a choice, though.
I could either…
a) Give in to my laziness, feel good and comfortable for the moment, make up excuses for why it’s a good idea.
b) Think about tomorrow. Think about waking up the next morning, with a pimply face, disconnected from my body, and farther from my goals. Instead, I get out of my own way, take action, workout, wash my face, and charge forward!
What would you choose?
Remember to think about tomorrow.
