Let’s get MOVING! Today’s workout is all about HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training! HIIT is one of my absolute favorite types of exercise! With short bursts of cardio combined with sculpting our abs and booty, you will boost your metabolism like crazy and get your workout done in 30 minutes. And it burns calories long after you’ve finished your workout. It’s the best for us busy gals! What more could you ask for?
