Out of sight out of mind…The back is often forgotten about, but it’s VITAL for a good posture, and a shapely physique. 

Do these moves to wake up those back muscles, strengthen your spine, and help you stand a little bit taller. Confidence may be a possible side affect 🙂  

Do 15 reps of each move, twice through.
