I teamed up with my friend Theodore Leaf, amazing chef and lifestyle blogger, to cook easy, low-sugar (and delicious) protein smoothies – using the amazingly healthy and nutritious Grass-fed, Pasture Raised Collagen Peptides from Vital Proteins!
Theodore invited me to his home, Gingham Cottage, up in the Hollywood Hills, and it was nothing short of AMAZING. His kitchen looked like it came straight out of a Martha Stewart magazine.
Collagen Protein is the magical protein our bodies need in order to stay young! It will help keep your joints and soft tissues lubricated, as well as your skin plump, and your hair and nails strong! I started adding Collagen protein into my diet a few years and I’ve seen a difference in the strength of my hair and nails, and my skin is still looking young 🙂
