Shock Syndrome

Are you stuck on your elliptical?  Do you have a favorite machine at the gym with your name etched into the side? Well, if you are as comfortable as a cat at the gym, then it’s time to shock your body! Your body is in a plateau and not going anywhere. Until you change up your routine, your muscles and body shape will stay the exact same.

Quick tip:

take your workout outside! Be brave and run the hills and stairs in and around your neighborhood.
