8 Easy Summer Morning Habits That Make You Healthier (and more productive!)

Today I’m sharing my easy morning routine that has been an ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER for me.

I understand that mornings for most of us (myself included) normally consists of checking notifications on our phone and checking emails…and immediately, the stresses of the day hit us and all of our attention becomes absorbed in the rigid to-do-lists.

This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but also not good either…why? Well, because if we don’t practice our ability to consciously choose what we want our day to look like…then we’re basically setting ourselves up for the emotional roller coaster of the day.

Habit #7 is my secret weapon. It will help you program your brain’s selective focus, so instead of being pulled each and every way by the constant stimulation around us, you can program your selective focus to work FOR YOU to notice the opportunities that are going to take you in the direction YOU DESIRE for your day.

This whole routine takes less than 15 minutes, and makes a huge difference in my health, productivity, and happiness, and I know it will for you too!

And remember, it’s not about nailing all 8 of them everyday, (I certainly don’t). Instead, it’s about showing up and doing your best.
