The #SpringToGive Challenge

The #SpringToGive challenge has arrived to help you feel more alive! A conscious instagram challenge to bring awareness to the abundance of gratitude we can share with one another. Help encourage greatness, one affirming compliment at a time!  Each day, each hosts will present you with a Yoga posture accompanied by a compliment from Leave A Compliment to carry throughout your day, and each compliment will be dedicated to a friend or follower!  This challenge will be a real live account of how we can share encouragement by giving simple compliments to strangers and friends.

We want to see YOU get creative by posting your best rendition of the daily pose along with a kind compliment to empower a new friend each day!  Post to INSPIRE, ENCOURAGE, and UPLIFT one another!  As a conscious movement, we will encourage Confidence, Support, and Genuine LOVE. This #SpringToGive it’s time to Love and LIVE!
