Thanksgiving is almost here! 

And instead of letting the holidays get the best of us, why don’t we make the ABSOLUTE BEST of the holidays!

Yoga for Gratitude is a sweet and gentle gratitude practice for all!

Move, breath, connect, and take some time to remember what you are grateful for today.

Remember…

You GET TO choose what to focus on.

You GET TO choose love everyday.

You GET TO make the decision to have a joyous day today.
