GET FIT with friends! 3 Moves to Zap Fat and have a BLAST!

These 3 are so fun to do with your besties. There’s is no better way than to workout with someone who keeps you accountable.

Do each move for 1 minute, then switch positions. Do as many rounds as you can within 20 minutes.  

These moves will blast fat, leave you feeling good and looking even better. I do these moves all the time, and love the body I’m in.
