Here’s the lineup:

Monday: 30 Min Gentle Ballet Sculpt

Tuesday: 20 Min Cardio Pilates HIIT

Wednesday:15 Min Slim Arms + Flats Abs and a 20 minute walk outside

Thursday: 30 Min Booty Build + Thigh Sculpt

Friday: 25 Min Full Body Stretch Routine

Saturday & Sunday: WILD CARD. You get to pick how you want to be active.

A few ideas: nature walk, hiking, bike riding, rock climbing, surfing, tennis, yoga class, running, dance party with your bestie. Or you can find another workout from my YouTube channel that looks fun and challenging to you! 

Spend as much time in the sunshine as you can, nourish your body with whole foods, and find every reason to be grateful.
