Beginner Ab Workout (no equipment)

I get it, you see A LOT about having a chiseled core for summer. While an aesthetic goal is totally okay, a strong core is so much more than that. A strong core makes every day activities (bending over to pick something up, unloading groceries, carrying your kids, gardening, getting out of bed) easier. A strong core helps prevent injury and back pain and improves your functional fitness.

With that in mind, join me for a 10 minute core crushing workout!!💥
