This 12 minute morning stretch routine will always have you waking up on the right side of the bed. You’ll strut off your mat radiating with joy and energy to take on your day. 

☀️ Open up tight muscles
☀️ Soothe any soreness
☀️ Improve overall mobility and flexibility
